Is there a reason Ebay cannot correct the combined shipping issues? When everything is set up in a seller's account correctly the cart does not combine items to discount the shipping it causes buyer's to empty their cart and abandon the purchase.
This issue costs both Ebay & the seller a lot of revenue.
I really would like an honest answer. Why is this issue not corrected?
