Question about returns...

Does anyone know of a way to combine returns?

I have a buyer who wants to return 7 items. I would like to send one shipping label for everything as that is how they were shipped. Ebay's system shows me sending 7 separate labels.

I have no idea how you would manage that. One option for you would be to ask the buyer to combine shipping, ship vial USPS and let you know the amount and pay them directly via paypal to reimburse them.

I've done this before, but not on a combined shipping thing, but just where someone sent something back without going through the ebay system for the label for whatever reason.

On my other account, I made 4 purchases from a Variations listing, selecting 4 different colors of an item.  When received, they were too long for the project, but the seller never specified the length.  All items were sent in one box.

I filed the Returns Request, and out came 4 shipping labels.  I thought about returning all items with one label, but the tracking would only show DELIVERED for that one label, so I ended up using all 4 labels.

I was finally able to contact ebay and was able to send one label with the combined shipping charge. I went back to the shipping label page revesed the to & from addresses and sent a picture of the label to the buyer.
