Even when you pay for your own return shipping @britscheu_0 your seller is required to refund within 2 business days after the return is delivered.
But apparently in an effort to thwart scammers, eBay won't allow you add your own tracking number for the return now. Instead, send a private message with your name, email, and zip code to eBay on Facebook and
1. Give eBay your tracking number, then
2. Ask eBay to escalate your return request.
