Question about getting a refund for shipping label

Nov.2, I sold item# 275786331555, eBay cancelled the sale because of an issue with the buyer. I already purchased a shipping label and my bank was charged $9.92. Will I be refunded that amount?   BJ

@b201369 To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

I am still waiting for my refund for postage labels 3 of them that i canceled. The post office is supposed to provide the refund. I have been waiting about 9 weeks now. Good luck.

It does not take 9 weeks @4pawsup* . Did you look at your payment source to verify the refunds were not issued? You don't get an alert, the refunds just appear.

If the refunds haven't shown up then you have a problem that involves contacting CS at your point of purchase - either eBay if that's where you purchased or elsewhere.

Well it has and i still have not received my refund. The sales were in august.

I will check now that you said they do not let you know when they refund. To be honest i forgot about the three i voided untill i read this thread. So if it happens that i did get the refund please accept my apology.

Usps say I can't get refund for labe not used.. ebay same it seems.. it may have been more than five days before i could send item.  Item was damaged.  I give refund.  But  not get refunded ship label not  used. . Help ?l

The original poster of this post stated that ebay canceled the sale because a problem with the buyer.

 Not he same situation as yours. You failed to use the label all on your own. 5 days is 5 days.

Check your items before listing.

I packaged my item with a shipping label I purchased, then realized the package was heavier than I originally listed. (1.4 oz, instead of 1.0 oz.)  I needed to print a label for the correct weight and did so.  Now it says I have broken this into two shipments!  It was one silver dollar!!  How can I get the original label cancelled?  When i follow the procedure it tells me the shipping label cannot be cancelled!  What can I do?
