Question about 5 Business days to return item (30 Day free returns) Changed mind

 Hello. Ive searched for this and found some threads with some info but no direct answer. I have a question about an item being returned to a seller with the free 30 day return policy. The return was set up as changed mind. The email received says "Ship your item back to the seller by Sep 10, 2019", and a label was provided automatically. And in the return request details page it says "Ship by Sep 10". Does this mean that it can still be shipped on the 10th and qualify? Or does this mean it has to be shipped no later than the end of business on the 9th meaning that on the 10th it will be too late? Thank you!

The 5 business days may cut off at 120 hours from the time the message was sent. It may not go to the  "end of day" on the 10th. I would get it scanned on the 9th to be safe.

 Well that's the reason I ask because I wont be able to get it to the post office until around 10am on the 10th.

You need to have tracking uploaded by the end of the day on the 10th. After that on the 11th the seller can have the case closed in their favor, with you no longer being able to return or leave any feedback.

You need to have label scanned before the end of the day on the 10th; eBay already has that tracking number.

Otherwise, your seller could call eBay to have the return closed without a refund, even if your label is on its way back to the seller.

 Thank you. I will have it scanned by USPS early morning on the 10th so it should all be OK. Thanks again to everyone who replied!
