You choose to get the QR Code when you "print a label".

You have to buy the shipping label and you can choose to receive the QR code or label.

Hi @alyma_6716 . I just realized you are from the UK. This is the .com discussion forum. When you sell on another site it's often better to ask your question on that site's discussion forum since policies and procedures can differ between sites. Try: community.ebay.co.uk
Info for the .com site:
If you selected QR code when you purchased your label, first check your email's spam folder to make sure you didn't miss the message.
If for some reason the QR code never made it through:
To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
Adding this info in case it's needed:
Buyer pays eBay item + shipping + sales tax.
eBay takes selling fees on that total amount.
eBay remits sales tax to buyer's state.
eBay sends the balance item + shipping (less fees) to the seller.
Seller uses the funds to buy a shipping label.
eBay gave you the buyer's shipping money after taking out their fees so you can use it to purchase the label. View your transaction details here:
