I have been purchasing shipping via ebay and downloading QR codes to take to USPS to print the label since this option began. Suddenly this is no longer working.
I sold two items. For each one I purchased a shipping label via ebay, and downloaded the QR code (like I have done MANY times before). I packed up the items, and took them to USPS, went to the window for QR code to be scanned, and the label printed. NEITHER worked. The employee said the code was invalid.
Has something changed?

I’m having the identical issue. Go every day & use QR codes and yesterday 2 worked but 2 did not. Never had this happen before. Now to sort out what to do as it’s a multilayered issue to resolve getting new shipping labels, be credited for these non working and assuring it doesn’t keep happening going forward.

Same here. Very frustrating. Hoping this will be resolved soon!

It's beyond frustrating. I don't have a printer, so I've had to pay to have the label printed, which is another step. And generally another day delay.

Same. I have not encountered this issue until yesterday. I voided one QR label thinking it was a one-time issue, but the new label also was invalid. Maybe velvet@ebay can help?

Same here. I sold two items and both QR Code did not work at post office yesterday and today. I had to run to fedex to print out labels. That’s extra time and cost.

So I'm not the only one having this issue! Talked to a chat agent on Friday. They said they knew and would be fixed within 24 hours. Went to post office again on Saturday, no dice. I'm just not gonna waste another trip to post office, so I'm gonna get the labels printed somewhere on Monday and then drop them off.

I’m wondering if the QR codes are bad or if it’s a software issue within USPS/eBay system. I already voided one label and created another one, but that QR label did not work either.
Where I’m at, UPS wanted $2+ to print one label.

According to the chat agent I talked to, the shipping label is ok if you can print it. Only the QR is having issue.

The printed label is fine, that is true. But I don't have a printer. So it's not helpful.

I am having the same problem. I had 2 QR codes get rejected on Friday, 3 items scanned ok. I cancelled the 2, re-printed, and those too were rejected plus 3 more. I don't have a printer either but I managed to print at Fedex, hoping to try the labels on Monday. I have 3 more items that I am not sure if I should pay at home or bite the bullet and pay at USPS. This is annoying. I will update on how the labels turn out tomorrow.

I am having the same problem. I purchased two codes within 5 minutes of each other - 1 worked, the other didn't.

Hi @aspotoftime! I did find an open ticket about this and I've added it to Tyler's post on the Tech board here. That will give you the info necessary to provide Customer Support. The more examples they get, the faster they'll be able to find a fix.

Thank you Velvet. I tried my QR label again this morning at the USPS office and it did not work. I guess I’m out of luck after trying 3 days in a row and will have to print it manually at FedEx or somewhere else. Hopefully this is resolved soon. Cheers.

Thank you Valet for your reply to us. I have already contacted customer support, as have many others in this thread. I believe I've done my due diligence. This appears to be an issue that is not going to be resolved anytime soon, unfortunately.
