For the past two days, I have not been able to purchase and print shipping labels. I am seeing these two messages:

"We were unable to load payment options. Please try again later."

and

"If you are having trouble printing shipping labels, please try again later. We are looking into the issue and will have it fixed soon."

Is anyone else having this issue? If so, does anyone know when this problem will be resolved? I have things I need to ship ASAP!

Hello!

I am having the exact same issue. I just finished up with Ebay Chat, and apparently there is quite a few people with this issue. There is currently no ETA on resolution, but it is widespread enough that the live chat associates have an auto response to it. I was instructed to pay at USPS, but I cannot get out. So I have enlisted friends to help. It wasn't what I wanted to hear, but hope this information clears up the situation.
