Providing a Return Label

A customer wants to return an item to me the was damaged ( I have insurance on the item) but how do I provide a return label?? I tried to reverse the addresses on the original "print a label" page, but that did't work as some of the fields were blocked. Thank you friends for your help.

It took me a lot of cussing and fighting with the labels page but I finally forced it to accept the reversed addresses.  The more cussing and fighting to get my Ship From: address back to the correct value.

there used to be an option to have eBay create and send the label for you, but that disappeared a few weeks back.  That disappearance is "under investigation"....
