My newly created auctions are not showing the option to add my promotional shippping rule (buy 3 shipping is free). Even when I go to one of my items that has this rule and select "Create Similar" the rule does not show up on the item that I am about to list, and they are within the same category to sell.
Is there a limit to how many items I can have listed for this Promo shipping rule?
