I bought two products, none arrived.
It's been a couple of months.
Tracking number does not work.
Sellers doesn't seem to know what to do.
Report page does not accept product code.
Did I loose my money?
What should I do?

You have to file an item not received case with eBay within 30 days from the last given delivery date. Paypal allows 180 days from purchase date to file if you used them to pay. If you paid by credit card, contact your card company.
When were the items purchased and how did yo pay?

What country were they purchased from?
Shipping to Brazil can be slow.
And what items were purchased?

Check the original estimated delivery date on the order @edu_8473 in your email order confirmation.
Once that date passes you are covered for 30 days by eBay's Money Back Guarantee on most purchases. If you're past 30 days, you may be able to open a claim on eBay, but eBay will not step in to guarantee the refund. it will fall to the seller to refund or ignore your request. You may need to go to your funding source to file a claim.
