Product missing when delivered

Sent 44 smaller items. Buyer claims 13 arrived. All were shipped in the same package. After multiple messages the buyer stats package was damaged upon delivery. What do I do in this situation how do I go about it what steps do I take? I'm kinda stuck

Return everything (left) for a full refund. Don't get into a back and forth, don't try to get the buyer to the post office for an insurance claim. Your buyer is not forthcoming, not truthful.

 

Just say return for refund, over and over.

Did you ship USPS Priority? You can still file a claim.

What party files the claim me as seller or him as the buyer. There are a lot of parts in still trying to learn

See if the buyer will send you some pictures of the box, then have the buyer file an INAD in the Resolution Center.

If it was insured and you want to file a claim with the carrier, refund buyer and have them hang on to the package and items.

If it wasn't insured, accept the return and provide return shipping and refund once the items are returned.
