Can't void duplicate mailing label

I printed two different mailing labels for the same order. If I go to void one label, I get a blank screen. Everything locks up and nothing happens.  How do I void one label? Any suggestions? If I can't void one label, I will get charged for both.

You have to void on a computer. You can’t void on a mobile device.

I am voiding on my computer. I only use a computer when I work on eBay.

Someone else was having trouble voiding a label earlier and I don't if they found the problem yet or not.
