Product delivered to wrong address in Australia

After 31 days the product has been delivered to the wrong address in Australia. I used the Ebay shipping label which as best I can tell has no information on the final address in Australia. The buyer has responded that it went to Toowoomba instead of Townsville. What can be done about this?

I would reply with the address it was shipped to and ask them to contact the Australia Post.

Thank you for your reply. The Australia post office evidently discovered the error and 2 days later delivered to the correct address.
