Processing at Consolidation Center - No updates in two weeks.

I bought an item from a seller on Nov 20th. The estimated delivery was between Dec 5th and Dec 16th. The seller was unable to ship the item until Nov 30th due to a family emergency. That's fine. The item was picked up on Dec 2nd and arrived at Consolidation Center on Dec 5th. But that's it. There have been no updates since then. It's now past the latest estimated arrival date, but I chalk that up to the seller not sending the item for 10 days. I've been googling this whole "Processing at Consolidation Center". But every post I come across is just unresolved. I have no idea if the people who had the same problem every got their packages or not.

I just want the item I paid for. At the very least, I wanna know what's going on with the package. Is it normal to wait longer than 2 weeks for the package to be processed?  Or is the item just lost and I have to get a refund? This very frustrating.

Glad that you found it.  Whenever you have an international package that isn’t updating on eBay and the tracking number starts with ES, you should be able to find more info at https://parcelsapp.com

Yay!!! I have found my parcel, too. It appears to have cleared customs on the 17th and has been at my local delivery center since December 22.

I thought I had done all the digging. Thank you so much for sharing this. What a relief!!!

I tried that app already. Unfortunately, it ended up only tracking the package to the consolidation centre.

Yeah parcel app doesn't link onward tracking numbers, only DHL eCommerce will turn that information up because it's their system. My parcel got delivered yesterday.

Same problem!  Purchased an item on eBay, its destination, to United Kingdom from USA, USPS tracking was updating daily until my parcel reached Consolidation Centre

(Glendale Heights) on 22nd December 2023 , 7th day without any update. Checked to see if my parcel might have been handed over to another carrier, entered tracking with DHL and Also EASYSHIP.  No luck  with DHL ,

so I tried tracking my parcel with EASYSHIP, and the tracking still says,  your item has reached the Consolidation Centre Glendale Heights on 22nd December. So I'm still left in the dark as to where my parcel is.

Yes, I have the same issue 

I'm going to attempt to contact USPS to figure out what's going on

Also, I did contact Asendia and they have the information but were never handed the package

My guess is that USPS will not be helpful in this situation
