I want to tell you that I did not get any product from a party eight-drive and my money has not returned yet, which indicates the lack of credibility of the site

Who are talking to?

Have you tried opening an item not received dispute?

Their is no "lack of credibility of the site"

However your post does indicate your "lack of" knowledge.

Have you contacted the seller?

Is it past the Last ESTIMATED Delivery Date?

Did you read the eBay Money Back Guarantee on the listing?

Have you noticed the Resolution Center on every page?

Have you considered opening a case for Item Not Received in the Resolution Center if the seller has not replied?

Are you aware that PayPal also has a Resolution Center & offers Buyer Protection up to 180 days from date of payment?

eBay is a self help site & sometimes buyers need to do a tiny bit more than click on a listing & look at the pretty pictures.

You have the tools available to you to deal with your situation.

Rather than what you are describing as indicating a lack of credibility of the site, it's more like a buyer who has not read the Money Back Guarantee and therefore has no idea of his options as a buyer.

When you don't receive your purchase by 1-2 days past its last estimated delivery date, you first contact the seller.  No help there or no contact? Then you, the buyer, step up and open an item not received case in the Resolution Center.  Four days later, still no item? Then you, the buyer, being proactive for yourself and using the tools eBay gives you, return to the case and ask eBay to step in so you can be refunded.

Your lack of knowledge of how this site works does not equal lack of credibility of the site itself.

The MBG policy is on every listing. The seller's information is on the listing. The estimated delivery date is on the listing. There's a lot of information on every listing, so much so that buyers don't even bother to read any of it.

And since you are in the community complaining about how there is no credibility, I can only assume you are the buyer who doesn't read.

Do yourself a favor and read the MBG policy.
