It made it to the shipping center in November.

A new # should be assigned to get the item from there to Chile

It is possible that the item did leave Kentucky but they haven't updated tracking. I've seen that happen quite often.  It is taking a long time to update though so if it is past the estimated delivery date, you should open an item not received claim.

USPS does not provide tracking information after packages have left the United States.  It then becomes the responsibility of the next transit carrier, although many do not offer that as an option.

Check your original estimated delivery date -- has it passed already?

You had 30 days past that date to open an item not received case with eBay.

Obviously, that date has passed.

If you paid with Paypal, open an INR case there.

Or do a charge back on your credit card.

This could have been resolved long ago if you had been armed with that knowledge.

It is quite possible that your package is still in your Chile Customs .  Try contacting them, to see if they may be holding your package.

The seller is using the eBay Global shipping program. The tracking number and Nov 20th delivery date appear to be for the arrival in Erlanger, KY (the USPS portion of the trip to the shipping center).

If you find your original order and click on the tracking number from eBay - you should see information on tracking for the international portion of your delivery.  You can use the international tracking to try and see what happened with your package. The USPS will not have the additional international tracking information. You must check it from eBay.

You can try and contact eBay support concerning your eBay Global Shipping order. The Global Shipping Center is supposed to take on responsibility for delivery and damage claims after they receive and send you your package (protecting the original seller). Your original order should have your estimated final delivery date. You can try and open an item not received case and see what happens.
