Problems offering refund

So basically, my buyer received the item but it was damaged so he opened a case then he and I both agreed on refunding half of the amount he paid which would be $50 but he gets to keep the item

I tried going to my Returns Dashboard but I don't see the item any where. I can only refund the full amount but the buyer and I wanted to refund 50% of it

Anyone help?

Refund through PayPal instead

The thing is that I already withdrawed the money into my bank. Now since he opened a case, my paypal now has a negative amount of money so I can't offer a refund through paypal

You will have to transfer money from your bank to your Paypal account.   Contact the buyer, apologize and explain there will be a delay.
