Problem with seller

Hello,so 12th of November i have won item in one of the auction,I received the item 15th and same day i have won another item from the same seller,the item should arrive yesterday but it doesn't when I checked the tracking number its still in post so they probably lost it,I contacted seller an dhe said he can't do nothign with that because he posted item and its not his fault,and after that he changed the tracking number of second item for this from the first item from 12th which has been delivered,so now on ebay it shows that everything has been delivered but it wasn't,so what should I do now? If somethign is not understandable just let me know I will try to explain.

So you're saying he used the same tracking # from the second item, which shows  delivered, and added it as tracking # for earlier purchase which has not been received?

What does the original tracking # still say? You can try call your P.O. to check on status of that package. The USPS has been having many issues lately and maybe just running late due to the chaos.

You can also ask seller what happened that the tracking #'s are the same for both now, maybe they made an error.

After checking that, If you get no answers or the package I would speak to ebay agent next.

Another option would be to open " item not as described" claim for the missing item. Keep the item for the other transaction and after you receive the prepaid label from seller, ship the empty box back
