I have been attempting to purchase a shipping label (USPS 1st Class), but when I press "purchase", nothing happens. While awaiting a call back from eBay, thought I'd check with the community. I use managed payments. Tried to purchase through both PayPal and pending funds in managed payments, but neither worked. When there was an issue in the past, I would just go to PayPal and print the label. However, with managed payments that is not a fix. Also tried using a different browser. Seems like an eBay technical issue, but didn't see any discussion about it. Thank for any help!

Hi, Sometimes that happens to me, those new labels have a bunch of glitches. I try to log out and back in and see if it will let you. I see you use managed payments so I am not sure I still use paypal so I go to paypal and print the label. I need to know how to add USPS insurance to these new labels, it does not offer any insurance now. The post office has lost 4 packages this month already. I had to refund buyers. I want to insure my packages now and can't buy on ebays labels insurance.

Sometimes this happens!! You can go to your shipping labels page and do a "reprint label " if you see the sale there.
If it is not there, wait a few minutes and try to purchase another label. This seems to work for me.

Thanks for the advice! I did get a call back from eBay support. They didn't know why this was happening, so they referred the problem to their tech department. Anyway, I ended up going through Google Chrome to get it done. It printed small though...about half the normal size. At least it is done!

Since this new wonderful print label page has appeared, I have been having problems printing labels too. On a whim, I unplug my printer, wait a few minutes and plug it back in. So far, no problems.

This is the second time in a few days I am having problems. First time was an APO address, second time today was through Ebay GSP. So out of 20´+ packages, the two with problems are with final destination outside the US. Coincidence? I only get this error:
Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.
Logging out, waiting etc doesn't work. I can do other labels fine, when I go back to this, same issue.
Maybe something to do with missing country of manufacture or similar? At least state that and give me an option to correct.
