Hey @beatay45 . Instructions below for voiding the first label.
When you create the new label make sure to choose ground advantage and edit the hazmat setting on the screen.
Use the edit options to make sure your weight, dimensions, hazmat, shipping insurance, etc is all how you want it - including label format (qr or printable). Just go through all the settings one by one and if you get stuck, come back and let us know which setting you can't find.

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The cancel option is available for 28 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

You can void your own labels.
eBay isnt here and no one here has any access to your account.
It can take up to 3 weeks to be refunded for the label.
Once you cancel the label, you should then be able to pick the correct type needed.
