Problem with Bluecare Express and eBay

I recently bought and paid for two inexpensive items on eBay. I'm a long time member and have never had problems getting deliveries. But this time both sellers used Bluecare Express, a service apparently used to drop ship from Amazon which I didn't know about. I got an email saying that both packages were delivered but I got no deliveries.  Their reply to me when I asked where my delivery was 'look in any bushes or ask around'. The tracking number didn't help, just showed as 'hand delivered to a person'. I was there, no delivery.

One seller did the right thing and refunded sale quickly. The other turned the case over to eBay and they quickly sided with him since Bluecare Express's bogus system showed it as delivered. So now I've filed a case with PayPal. But I'm very disappointed with eBay for not protecting a long time buyer. From now on I'll be very careful to buy only from sellers who use USPS , FedEx or UPS.

I had the same problem.  Showed delivery at a specific time.   I have security camera footage for the whole day.  There was no delivery.   EBay would not refund because they said it was delivered.   I have 2500 reviews with 100% positive.  I’m going to stop using EBay if they treat me this way

Re: Problem with Bluecare Express and eBay

I purchased a product from a USA Seller, and never received it, it's been a month now, they claim the tracking # says delivered by Blue?? I would imagine again another drop shipper with their own way of delivering.  I was told to go to my neighbors, or look along the water, since we are on the Jersey Shore, what nonsense is this. They said it may have landed by the Jersey wetlands, after telling them, I live in a very big city, but on the shore.  I have them in resolution right now, and still communicating, trying to be as pleasant as possible. I purchased it under my other ebay store name where is shows I have been a member since 2005.

This should not make any difference, at all, my address is the same, and I am a verified user. I will give them to the weekend, since their conversation is getting nasty, which I won't tolerate, since I paid them in good faith, and knowing I was purchasing from a United States Seller, and no matter how long packages are taking with the Covid 19, a month is too long to wait. and I have patience of a Saint,  yet I will not go knocking on doors for a package.

Re: Problem with Bluecare Express and eBay

Wondering @richard1rst if Bluecare Express and Sendle are eBay-integrated shipping carriers.

What does "integrated" mean -- they will lose INR despite they themselves assert Delivered because they are not a recognized domestic carrier?

We have no bahamas today.

Re: Problem with Bluecare Express and eBay

As for item, coming from bluecare, no arrival, and ebay did not side with me, they gave this seller with tons of negatives for his items not arriving, the thumbs up for him. Not Fair, I am going to go Paypal now and put it in dispute, taking your advice thank you so much. I was going to ignore it, but it's Just the Principal, and My $20 out of my pocket, I wrote back to ebay and told them to get rid of these drop shippers, using their own method of shipping, I also called amazon, being inquisitive and I was asking about selling on there, not really, and they told me they don''t allow blue shipping, so they come to ebay and Rip Us Off.  I have a business account with Paypal, and will definitely start this now. Livid again with the Bay, turning into the swamp.

Re: Problem with Bluecare Express and eBay

Wishing Everyone a Safe and Wonderful 4th of July ~

With all the Bluecare and other drop shippers on Ebay, and not getting my purchased items, and it stating it was delivered, and ebay denied my claim. I decided to purchase something from Amazon to see how they work with delivery. I spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday with a Representative of Amazon who resides in the Caribbean. I explained my Echo and my email let me know when I have a shipment, there was nothing outside. This poor Representative who is living in Jamaica, and under quarantine, could not contact the driver. I am so used to calling the USPS, or UPS, or FedEx, her hands were tied. I asked who delivered to my home, and who's picture that was taken showing an Amazon box, she could not give me any answers.  The picture looked like a back door of a business next to dumpsters. Explaining that is not my home, if she could google my street, or something, I did spend over $40.00, and asked how I could get the product, or a refund. Her only option was to go to my bank.  She informed me there is more than bluecare deliveries, with a list of over 15 more delivery companies.  Just wondering if anyone on this board can give a suggestion, it would be most appreciated. I thank you in advance, Be Safe and Stay Healthy. thank you

Re: Problem with Bluecare Express and eBay

Doesn't help. I didn't know this "Bluecare Express" even existed until a Christmas present failed to appear on it's claimed arrival date. Seller was shipping "USPS First Class"
