Problem regarding a shipping issue

Hi. I ordered an Xbox 360 console here last week and it was shipped 2 days later. However, as of today, it arrived at Nausha, NH's distribution center and has been stuck there since. I really would like to know why this is happening and if I'm ever going to get it because I spent $60 on that and if it's going to be stuck there for a long time than I basically got scammed. 😞

I have already contacted the USPS and they did absolutely nothing except state "because it's in transit it's moving and not stuck".

I don’t know why it is happening but for up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date you can open an item not received claim.  If the tracking does not show delivery confirmation the seller will have to refund you.  You might want to wait a bit though as there is still a chance the package will get delivered.

The issue has been resolved and the package did deliver.

USPS is so frustrating sometimes 😕
