Problem purchasing ShipCover insurance

I have an ongoing problem that eBay has not been able to correct for me. I have spoken to several reps and gotten nowhere.

Here is the problem: I can purchase a shipping label in eBay if I do not include any insurance coverage. I can also purchase a shipping label if I include USPS insurance. However, when I try to purchase ShipCover insurance I get a big red banner at the top of the page that says "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label".

Has anyone else had this issue? This has been a problem for me going on a year now. 😞

Have you tried calling shipcover?   877-325-2462 is there number. I recently have the same issue.

l wonder if we get enough people calling them with this issue , if they will fix it.  I for one will call often and let them know that l want to purchase the insurance and to please fix the issue.
