Problem printing labels in bulk for USPS scan report

This is the second day I am having problems when I try to print labels in bulk for USPS so I can get a scan report. When I try select all my items and click print shipping labels or invoices, it comes to the page stating

I search the community boards to see if anyone else is having this issue with no luck so I am thinking it isn't ebay, but it's me..........

Have you tried printing a fewer labels at a time?

A while ago I ran into that same issue and found that by printing 6 or 8 labels at a time it worked as normal.  I just wait to print my scan form until after I print the last set of labels for the day.

If you are on a desktop computer have you cleared your history / cookies lately?

Thank you for the reply. It won't even allow me to get past the print labels or invoices when I select multiple items. I have to print individual labels and USPS won't scan each one in if over 5 without the report so they get labeled as late shipments since they won't scan them.  Last 2 days have been slow so I'm okay but would like to see what the problem is.

Yes, I am on a desktop computer. When it did it again today, I tried clearing cookies but it didn't make a difference. Still comes up with the message.

I thought to change and try to do it from my laptop and the same message came up.  Does anyone have this issue? I didn't change anything from 2 days ago when it was working so I thought it was an ebay issue.  Any suggestions on what I can try?

I figured out a work around to the link. If I go to shipping labels page, there is a box with the new link:

Have more orders awaiting shipment?  

Print shipping labels in one go with the new bulk shipping tool. 

The broken link may have something to do with third-party authorizations but I don't know which to select or understand what these mean.....
