Try as I may I cannot get the dratted label to print from the new page. It will show in my printer queue as printing, but I wait and wait, then restart my computer and it will immediately print out. I have tried everything I know to do without any luck. Very aggravating and time consuming. Any suggestions?
The first page comes up where you choose weight, service, then click to purchase and print. That opens up a page that says label is ready to print with choice to open or download. No matter which I choose, it opens Adobe pdf file showing label. From there I can’t get it to print no matter what I do, until I restart computer. Then it will print as soon as I log on to computer.
Someone had suggested in an earlier thread to print from bulk shipping labels page, but that has not worked either. Too many attempts get me the message in big red letters that I can’t print it more than 5x. Beyond annoying!!
