I Will NEVER use ebay again.
I received a damaged product, I compained at Ebay.
Ebay closed the case, next day.
I have to keep a damaged item - that i paid full price for.-No costumer protection!!!!!

Did you go to the Resolution Center (bottom of page) and open an INAD claim, or did you just ask to return the item?
If you already opened a case on Ebay and it was closed, you can open a case on Pay Pal and choose Item Is Not As Described.

Perhaps you should call ebay customer service and ask why the case was closed.
Perhaps there is a way for you to still return a damaged item

Sometimes the claims process on eBay can be confusing. We can give you some guidance that will help you get a refund. A couple of questions:

Did you complain th ebay or the seller.If you just complained(open a return request for did not like or similar)you did not complain to ebay but to seller and seller closed the case

As asked above, did you open a case for Item Not Received or Item Not as Described? If you opened an Item Not Received I would expect that to be closed right away as you did receive the item. Try opening an Item Not as Described and select "Damaged".
