My settings are NOT for QR labels, and I've never had this problem before. When prompted to print my created shipping label for USPS shipping, I get a pattern with symbols and colored strings. What is going on? Has anyone else had this problem? I am really annoyed because if I just label and bring to the Post Office, I will not get the USPS Ground Advantage shipping discount. This happened twice, and I had to cancel the shipping labels twice.

When you purchase a label you need to scroll down the page to select "Print label" to change shipping label format before paying. No need to cancel, just reprint your labels.

Check your browser settings @vintagejournals . You want labels PDF files opening with Adobe, not your browser's built-in reader as it can cause problems like the one you're describing.

Thank you. I always do that and earlier this morning I was able to create a normal shipping label for the same account. A couple of hours later, using the same process, I was not able to do this.

Four hours later with no adjustments, I can print a label. Thanks for the replies and suggestions!
