Priority mail not available

Hi everyone, I am printing out a label to New Caledonia. Buyer paid for priority for Samsung galaxy. Problem is, it’s saying priority mail is not available for online purchasing. Only first class is. Should I just pay in person for priority or ship it purchased online for first class and refund buyer difference in postage?

The buyer paid for Priority, you should use it if at all possible.

Check Paypal shipping and/or www.usps.com

There is no delivery confirmation with first class int'l to New Caledonia so I would definitely not send a $200 phone first class.

Pay at the PO Counter, Not 1st class no tracking, i would also advise signature required.

Priority would not have signature available for an international parcel. Plus, a signature wouldn't make a difference as far as seller protection.
