Printing label issue - goes to strange page that doesn't work

Hello

I live in the USA and sold an item to a buyer in the USA.  Just a different state.

I went to print the label and it sends me to what looks like a global address change of address box.

It's a square box with this warning at the top:Change address

You may not be covered by the eBay Seller Protection Policy if you send to a different address. Learn more.

Country

I can't click out of it or do anything on this box. 

I can't print my label.

What has changed since my last label printed?

Could be a temporary glitch.  Try again later.  If it still doesn't work, you can try printing on Paypal.

Given eBay's history of glitches, NOTHING changed, and the official explanation will be probably that YOU ARE THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO CHANGE. So, hop on your fastest Mustang and take a ride then come back and by then, the Squad will be here, to the rescue.
