Printing a return shipping label

I don't know if I should have chosen returns or printing a shipping label for this conversation and/or question. I recently purchased a pair of jeans the seller does not accept returns but in this case she's going to honor my return. EBay has given me the label however it wants me to choose 1 of 2 options. I can either print a paper label or I can use the bar code. However the little radio button next to either of the 2 options is not visible  so I can't actually select one. That said, I cant proceed with the return label. You can't speak to anybody at eBay anymore and when I use the chat it just loops me around into the same thing over and over and over again! SO FREAKING AGGRAVATING!  I'm not really sure how to get this return back to the seller with the label that eBay has provided me.  And they've already deducted the cost of the label from the return money for the jeans for the jeans so if I just pay for the label myself I'm out the cost of the label twice. However in this case it might just be worth it to save myself additional aggravation!!! Thoughts from the Ebay community?  I'm sure your feedback and suggestions will be far more helpful than eBay has been!!🤪😀

Hi @clothinggalore69. Are you able to post a screenshot and also let us know if you're using the app or the website? Are you clicking on a link through e-mail to access the label?

Tagging in @eburtonlab because they've probably seen this issue before.

Try another browser to view that page to see if that allows you to select one or the other option. Try changing the size of the page by zooming in or out as well. If you are using a desktop browser, try holding down the control key and using the plus, minus or zero key to zoom in, out or reset the zoom level for the site.

You should be able to use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America, or to chat with an agent.
