Printing Shipping Labels

I've been printing my labels  where the label is on to top of the sheet and the bottom of the sheet is a receipt.  Now my printing options seem to have changed and the label prints in portrait instead of landscape.  I didn't change anything.  How do I fix this?

Next time you print a label, change your format settings, make sure 8x11 is selected, and also check the box to print a receipt. Do that before purchasing the label.

If you find all that is already checked, then what you're experiencing is an error. There's a label format bug happening all week.
