So, I got my first shipping adjustment notification and it says "service on label didn't match service used".
But when I click on view cost adjustments I get the following screen...
So, "service on label didn't match service used". The service on label was "USPS - USPS Ground Advantage Package". The actual shipping service was "USPS - USPS Ground Advantage Package". Am I just being dumb and not understanding basic information or what?

I don't know what might have caused this unless you used a "Priority Mail" or "Flat Rate" box, or a box supplied by a different carrier.

Hi @game_trinity . Sometimes there are errors with automated processes. Fill out the dispute form. It's easy and quick.
