Printing Packing Slips

All of a sudden, I am unable to print a packing slip.  I've made no changes on my account.  What's going on?  Never had this problem before.

It's not just you.  I can't generate packing slips either.  I posted in the "technical" part of this forum a little while ago and had one other person already mention that they are also having the same issue.

Can you confirm which page you are using when trying to generate packing slips? There are different ways to generate the slip: on the page after you print the label, on the seller hub orders page, through My eBay all selling page.

I suggest using the seller hub orders page, go to actions > print packing slip. That appears to be working.

I've tried that and other locations.  None of them work.  My cursor just keeps spinning and spinning and never gets me to the location.  It was fine a couple of days ago.

Based on the number of reports I'm assuming this is an issue on eBay's end @coachzman and there's nothing sellers will be able to do except wait it out.

The only time packing slips are required is when shipping through eBay International Shipping so you can ship without them as long as it's not going to the eIS hub.

Suggestion: go to the bulk labels page: https://www.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk

On the top click "print pick list" - you can use that as a substitute for the packing slip until this is fixed.

If there are multiple orders on that page, just check and remove all but one - then go through one at a time generating pick lists for each. Hope that helps.

I was on the "Ship your order" page when I tried to generate a packing slip.  I just checked again, it's still not working.

Hey @wastingtime101! This is a known sitewide issue that does have a ticket open to be resolved. I will be sure to have this added to the Tech Board and if any seller is running into this issue that can reach out to support and let them know that they are experiencing ALERT15432.

They are still working on a fix.  For now, there's another way to do it.  Go to SELLER HUB, then click on the ORDERS tab.  Select AWAITING SHIPMENT (or PAID AND SHIPPED if you've already purchased a label), then when you get to the item, pull down the little blue arrow and select PRINT PACKING SLIP AND MORE.  That last step is important, you have to use the little blue arrow, otherwise it won't work.  From there you should be able to print the packing slip with no problems.
