I use a thermal label printer
Yesterday the labels were not loading to print and today the options are all changed.....
I could rotate and set borders to none and there were several other options.
Now, none of that exists.
Where my labels were CLEAN
now, I have to go through a 10 step process to print my labels through paint or photoshop and they are blurry and not CLEAN.
I've tried Chrome (my usual), internet explorer and firefox.
What is the problem?
Is there a way to return the settings to their normal?

I'm surprised there are not more comments to this issue. I suppose a lot of sellers, even long-time eBayers have never discovered Discussion Boards.
My labels are printing larger and in landscape format - I am unable to switch to portrait.
ALSO 2 identical copies print each time even with one copy selected.
I didn't count the steps but it is a giant p.i.a. to print now;
SAVE AS (save to doc folder)
RENAME LABEL (as they all look exactly the same in doc folder)
MINIMIZE BROWSER/PULL UP FOLDERS/SELECT DOC FILE
LOAD - ONE - SHEET - OF - PAPER!
PRINT 1 LABEL
VOID PRINT WHEN DUPLICATE TRIES TO PRINT
If you have a quantity (please! from your mouth to God's ear!) of labels this is not only tedious, it is super-easy to swap labels and send them a bra instead of a cookie jar! 😞
I immediately write my ITEM# on the margin which I cut off only when actually wrapping item.
For the person saying they are concerned labels printed smaller are an issue with the p.o. - I've been printing my labels at 75% for years, no issue.

I like the fact the labels are somewhat smaller, will save $ on ink cartridges..using less ink

Has anyone found a fix, I have to save each label as a document and then go find it and print it.

I use adhesive-backed pre-scored labels that have one shipping label and a "Online Label Record" label on the bottom half (small area). I used to set my margins such that it would print within the correct areas. I just found that I can get the shipping label and online label record to print within the correct areas if I select, "Fit to page." The scale then jumps to 96%. The shipping label is a bit off-center, but at least everything prints within the label area. I'll make do with this for now. It's no extra work for me.

Also can not print labels now thanks to this change. I use a WASP WPL305 with 4x6 continious roll labels.

Nice try at putting a positive spin on a steaming pile.
You can always print the labels smaller if you WANT to. If you haven't been doing that all along, why not.
What we need is CONTROL over the label size, margins, and of course, orientation.

Just printed some more labels. The user interface has changed. Labels are still printing smaller than they should be and still NO control of margins.
Ebay: please, Please, PLEASE set up a test version of the website.

Glad I found this thread as no one mentioned it on the selling forum. I can't print labels at all - like others I have to save it and print it from docs.

This is a known issue that we're working hard to fix. We have made an announcement which we will keep updated until the issue is resolved.

I have the same problem ... but I finally dragged-out my older laptop running windows 8.1 something .. and it printed just fine-yahhhh! Frustrating!
I suppose I'll need to do this each time I print a label.
I even tried printing my label through PayPal ... but even on their website, I culd not find a way to print a label - it just didn't have a "Print Shipping Label" link - which I also found to be odd, too.
Then ... I dug-out my older laptop. Sorry, story-line out of sequence ... ooops!
I'm just happy and giddy that I was able to get a shipping label printed!

Thanks:
I was able to print labels using the instructions in the attached article. There are more steps. It was much easier before someone broke it.
I appreciate that you are working hard to fix it. It would have been nice if you had worked a bit harder to not break it.
