Recently I have tried using my thermal printer to print 4x6 labels and it has been printing with instructions and receipt.
How do I prevent this from happening? I know the standard Ink printers have a setting to uncheck but there is no check box to select or unselect.

I too am having the same issue and can't figure out how to get it removed. I have tried changing from .pdf to .png, selecting the box and deselecting the "Add receipt and instructions" box, and it doesn't matter which is selected those instructions still print on the bottom of the sheet (4x6 label and 8.5x11)

I have a dymo 4xl printer that uses 4x6 labels and I can't get the Ebay system generate anything other than a 2x7 or 8.5 x 11. I think something might be wrong with the system. I contacted customer support, very little help by the way, and was told it would be sent to the tech team. The old classic system you could choose your printer. Now, I can find no settings to choose a printer in Ebay, only the one setting on the purchase a label page. If anyone knows a fix, I'd love to hear it. Thanks.

This step I learned off this guys YouTube. I spent nearly 6 hours trying to find a solution this worked for me!
it’s just one extra step through Acrobat Reader DC solution for now until eBay fixes this. 💪

You can turn off the instructions on the page that you purchase the label. This option has to be turned of before purchase. On the left side of the purchase label page Look for a blue link that says change and click the change link. A new pop up will come up that says label printing preferences. On the bottom right uncheck the option to add receipt and instructions.
Once this is unchecked the instructions should not be printed on all future labels. If this option gets automatically turned on again then that is a issue that would need to be reported to eBay to have it looked into.

This is a recent ebay glitch. The current work around is to use ebay Bulk Shipping, even for a single label. You can also print from PayPal.

I’ll give the bulk printing and PayPal a closer look, what I was shown on YouTube works also but this may save some time thanks for the replies everyone
