I was distracted and pressed Print for a flat rate envelope, instead of a flat rate padded envelope. I saw my mistake after I printed the wrong label. I then printed the correct label. I have the printed wrong label - how do I get Ebay to refund the postage?
Thanks!

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase. It takes a couple of weeks because UPS won't approve it until they're sure that you really didn't use the label.

Go to print the label again and that page has a link (in blue top of page) to the labels you've printed and from there is a link to void it.

Thank you! I knew there was a way, but had no idea how to do it, or where to find the solution! 👍

Totally stupid. Followed all guidelines and eBay's postage for my particular weight of package was wrong. When I went to mail it they said there was not enough postage for my package told me to take it home void it, put in for a refund. By this time it had been 4 days could not figure it out by eBay's directions to voiding a label so it's been past the five days I have no idea how to try void the label I can't even get it pulled up. Am I just out my 15 16 dollars I'm totally upset you cannot get a hold of eBay person to talk to. Unless it's issues resolved I will just subtract what they are charging in fees taxes Etc which comes out to me 35% Plus I will locally advertise my item for 35% less than what I really want and sell it locally what else am I to do.? Excuse me what else are we to do?
