Printed out Shipping Label for Unpaid Order, Order subsequently Cancelled, No Record of Label

I am still figuring some things out on eBay, and I printed out a label for an unpaid item (I know, I know rookie mistake), shipped it and then the order is cancelled for non-payment.

There is no record of my label purchase, no tracking, nada.

I am in contact with the 'buyer' and she is insisting on tracking info (which I do not have) before she pays me because "I do not want to pay for something I may never receive." Duh. We all pay for stuff to be shipped to us, in good faith that it will arrive.

Question here is how do I find record of the shipping label? Shouldn't there be some record of the purchase amount I paid?

If you printed a label thru eBay then the tracking would show on the order details page, under the shipping label section...

Thank you for taking time to reply to my query; turns out, I was confused and had actually NOT shipped the bracelet. No wonder there is no shipping label. 🙄

Good to know that you figured it out.

Since it closed with non payment then no need to continue speaking to buyer. Since a case was closed they can no longer pay....
