Print a scan sheet without buying bulk labels

Is it possible to print a scan sheet for USPS without purchasing the labels in bulk? I purchase each of my labels 1 by 1 and add the shipping cost to my spread sheet. I am so worried if I don't do this that i'll mix up packages. How do people buy bulk shipping labels and prevent mixing up packages?

My mail carrier wants me to do a scan sheet now and I buy shipping at different times throughout the day. And I don't buy bulk. Is it possible to use multiple scan sheets? Or is there an easier way that I may be missing?

Also.. does anyone sell on multiple platforms (ebay, amazon, mercari, etc). I know i'd have to create scan sheets for each one?

If you are selling on multiple channels, it may be best to use a 3rd party label service.

Shipstation is not free, but is a total shipping management option with the ability to link to multiple platforms and multiple carriers

There is no way to print a scan sheet for eBay labels without using bulk shipping.
