Print Shipping Label option not working on computer but works on phone. Anyone else experiencing?

When I try to print a label from my computer it starts to take me to the web site then gets hung up and never advances.  Fortunately I can print the label from my phone but prefer to do it all on my computer, it just easier for me.  Anyone else having this problem and know how to fix it?  Thanks!

What website is it taking you to?

Are you able to create the label, but just not print it?

Do you see the label preview?

What OS, browser, and printer are you using?

I'm having the same problem today with bulk shipping. I can get to the bulk shipping page, but it can't find any shipping options. Gives me that message in red.  Tried to print the labels individually, but it won't work either.  Anyone know a way around it?

Yeah I am experiencing the same issue.
