Postal service

Can I get a raise of hands of sellers who ship on time but their  items get delivered late? We know it’s the postal service. I Started this thread so eBay can see it’s not me shipping late. They are basically saying , no they can’t dispute my claims to keep buyers happy:

Here’s some tips on how to avoid issues like this in the future

- Make sure to ship within the handling time.
- Always use the shipping service the buyer selected at checkout.
- Upload tracking details as soon as you ship so the buyer knows their order is on the way and can check its status.

not complaining just want it to be known it really happening. I ship out everyday at 11 am because postal is right around the corner. Or if it’s early enough my mail man picks up.

Re: Postal service

But if you go to your seller hud under the “defect”part. You’ll see it . eBay has never once said anything to me about my package being late. It’s just that I’ve always been a top rated seller. I went to see why I’m above standard the last 3 months . And I saw that.

Re: Postal service

Thank you for your responses. eBay doesn’t tell yell or point it out. When I went to my “seller hub “is when I saw the “shipping defect “
