They started 2 days ago.
blues have been asked what eBay will do.
blues have posted that they have sent the questions those responsible to update shipping stuff.
As usual no changes have yet been made to correct ship by requirements. A simple thing for IT to do, but approval to do so will probably take 2-3 days, or more as is usually the case. Your metrics will suffer. They may get corrected.
Another post suggested bulk chang all handling times to 2 days in the mean time.
