Since last Thursday I have been unable to print postage. That's when EBAY changed to their printing system. I either get a blank page from my printer or a 2 by 3 inch label. Please switch it back so I can print postage. We live in the country and it's been very inconvenient. My printer prints everything else just fine. I've called three times and ask them to Please, Please, Please switch it back but today is no different. They say I'm not the only one with the problem so switch it back.
Also, I've canceled the labels but I am still being charge for them in PayPal. Can someone out their reach them and get this fixed.
Also, postage when up today by quite a bit.
Please can someone out there help.

Yes USPS rate increases were announced some time ago: USPS Rate Increases
Can you explain what has changed for you printing labels on eBay?
I printed 6 4x6 labels last night and all worked fine for me

Because you have MANAGED PAYMENTS money no longer goes into your PayPal account....you need to change default for SHIPPING LABELS and MONTHLY STATEMENT to Managed Payments.
Next time you print label (go to bottom of page) click box to change to Management Payments. You also need to change default on Monthly Statement so your LISTING FEES are deducted from Managed Payments.
Don't know why you labels are printing smaller. Next time you print labels...change default on label to bigger size.

I was moved to managed payments and I didn't have to change anything on my printer?
I wish I were computer savvy, hopefully someone will come along soon to help 🙂

Save the labels to your download file and print from there. As long as you only ship one package with that label on it, does not matter what file or where printed from, the label has been payed for.

For some reason my listing and selling fees are being deducted. I will check if there is a box for me to click the next time I try to print a receipt. I check the difference in the postage cost by having to take the items to the post office and for 5 items it cost me over $9.00 more.

I've had no problem printing labels this morning. I've been in Managed Payments for almost a year-and-a-half, but don't remember that the migration changed the way labels printed. I realize that doesn't help... just sharing.
I still choose to pay for my labels through PayPal. Yes... it will pull from your available balance until that balance is zero. (I've been operating on a zero balance for forever.) In your PayPal wallet, select the method you want to use for labels (make it the Preferred method for shopping on line)... I linked my MP bank account, which is debited. Sellers can also link a credit card.
MP sellers also have the ability to print labels from 'Pending' payments... just shimmy down to the bottom of the label page and change your preference from PayPal to Pending. It will become your new default.
Yes, USPS prices went up, effective today. As to voiding the labels you just printed... it takes USPS about 10 days to get that credit back to you.
Lastly... yes, in MP your FVFs are deducted before your deposit is made.
Hope this helps... good luck!

"You also need to change default on Monthly Statement so your LISTING FEES are deducted from Managed Payments."
This is true for some and not true for some. I've got a credit card set as the Automatic Payment method for my eBay monthly invoice. (It doesn't have to be paid with the bank account your MP deposits are going into.) This workaround will keep 'surprise' withdrawals/overdrafts (for refunds, for example) from hitting your bank account.
Both methods work, but it's up to the seller to determine what is best for them.

I've also been having the same problem you describe, and I noticed that while these tiny labels are printing, it says, "pdf.js" on my screen, not what it used to say, which didn't have "js" on the end... so I know something is not right. I Googled "js" and it's a shrink format.
I don't know how or WHY that is being used. Like you, I have not made any changes to my printer, etc. I am not in MP so that wouldn't have anything to do with it, unless eBay has changed something in relation to printing labels (eBay shipping) that effects MP and all the rest of us as well.
I did finally find a "work around" after much time spent in frustration, trial and error and the use/waste of about 35 sheets of paper... both sides!! Basically you have to download the page first, not print it. Then print from the downloaded version. If you see a "fill page" (horizontal arrow) at the top of the page, use that too, before printing. I'm sorry I can't even explain the procedure accurately, as it seems I've managed to print out a full sized label in a couple different ways after downloading... just can't remember all the steps or alternate steps. It can be done, but it's no fun, that's for sure!
If eBay shipping has changed something in regard to label printing, THEY NEED TO CHANGE IT BACK TO HOW IT WAS LAST WEEK! This little surprise has aged me considerably, upped my blood pressure, cost me time, money and materials and I'm not very happy about it.
