Please help me understand this craziness with my shipping options?

Can someone please link me to a thread or blog as to what I need to do with my shipping options. I have been reading things but they are back from 2020/2021. I had no issues the last 23 years listing. I input the weight and demensions then eBay shows cheapest way I click and move on but now I have a hodge podge of a mess and no options to pick from just "business policy" options that make no sense to me as I see no feedback as to what something is going to cost to know whether I should flat rate it or send it priority or advantage (parcel). Whatever is going on now is just horrible. Maybe something is down? Or is this the "new" way or a change eBay has made? It is taking me forever right now to list!

You can go to account settings to opt out of "business policies".

@buyselljack2016  Thank you so so much! This was driving me absolutely crazy and now here is to hoping they do not implement this across the board without the option to opt out. It may work for some people but when you have many different items with different weights it just does not work! Thank you again!
