I ordered 300 of something but only received 100 and I'm trying to get ebay to step in but I keep getting a "technical hiccup" message and I only have until 3 p.m. today, my 24 hours are up at that time to report a problem.
I have previously reported a delivery problem since I ordered on the 2nd and there was no movement in my package at all for 16 days. Then 1/3 of my item arrived and I got a "your item has arrived" email and now it seems impossible to let ebay know that there's still a problem.
I've reached out to the seller with no response.
