The same seller has, numerous times cancelled my order because they don't have the item in stock but every time when I get an email it says "buyer requested to cancel the order" when this is 100% **bleep**. Is there any thing I can do?
I ordered 300 of something but only received 100 and I'm trying to get ebay to step in but I keep getting a "technical hiccup" message and I only have until 3 p.m. today, my 24 hours are up at that time to report a problem. I have previously reported...
through PayPal. Is this true? I don't want to cancel my request and then not be able to get a refund if she decides to not do it...
