I have only sold 2 things this year. Both were unreplaceable antiques.
One sat in a USPS distribution facility for 10 days before going on to it's destination and arrived damaged, so it was returned by the buyer. I had to pay for shipping both ways and lost the money I made on it.
I shipped the other item on April 8th. It's now been sitting at USPS in my city for 12 days.
I've been an advocate for USPS for many years but I'm losing business and money.
Is this a USPS issue? or a shipping issue in general?
I know that shipping issues were bad in 2020 due to covid, so I quit selling online until recently, but cancovid shouldn't be the issue now.
