Ebay case closed to seller (me) favor. Because buyer refused to receive the item (he changed his mind)

Now i win the ebay case because i do my side jop and sent item as described and paid high shipping fees. 

Buyer charge back throw paypal and won the case twice. Because its appear thet ups returned back the item. 

Ebay said we wish to help you ( you are covered) but actually im not. I paid about 500$ fast shipping fees.. Also i lost 1200$ and my order not returned.

eBay doesn’t protect you against a credit card chargeback and there is nothing that says they do. What was the reason for the chargeback?

Now my next step is to open a cases in paypal for all my past ebay orders. I may got a luck and charge back 30 % of my purchased orders.

You said it was a chargeback. Read the title of your post, then read your post. If you don’t use the correct terms, you don’t get correct responses. A PayPal case is not a chargeback. As a seller should know that buyers have up to 3 layers of protection-eBay, PayPal, credit card chargeback. Winning an eBay case doesn’t mean you are safe. And hopefully you rethink filing fraudulent PayPal cases since you just publicly announced your plans here. You words on now on record forever 😉

Why did you offer Free Shipping on Antminers?

This should serve as a warning to you about what you are selling, There are many things that can go wrong with sales of those things. They are a huge scam magnet.

It doesn't matter for who will pay shipping  Anyway seller will pay shipping to ship his item. 

Paypal refused to give buyer partial refund  

They give him full refund. 

Paypal support said you are not coverd  And your item will sent back to you soon.

The funny thing here is that i already paid ebay fees and listing for this sales. Its about 150$.

So i lost 1200 $ + 300$ + 150$.

Also ups said that i will pay for return when item sent back to u.

if this is a Paypal dispute,what is it?

INR or INAD?

If INR,yes,he never receive it so he gets his money back.

If INAD,he has the item and he would be asked to return it with tracking and signature before Paypal gives him the money.

It sounds like INR and UPS will soon return your item,

Go to Ebay and cancel the order,reason ,both buyer and seller agree to cancel and you should get your fee back,if not call Ebay since the sale never take place.

you should also keep an eye out for UPS return,do you have the tracking,go to UPS site and check where it is now.

it is too bad you cannot withhold that $500 shipping fee ,soon no one would want to sell anything pricey on Ebay.

I called ups today they said item stuck in our sys and you have to come and pay  

Also ebay invoice already paid

Why we forced to accept paypal and ebay takes his money directly from my card. 

I also sold here item and paypal charge it back by unauthorized transaction and i paid ebay fees. 

We can't trust ebay protection anymore.

A seller who knows how Ebay actually works can trust it.

Those fees you show were of your own choosing.  Ebay didn't force any of that on you.

Again, you might reconsider your choice of items to sell here. As stated before they are a scam magnet.

Nowhere in this entire posting did you mention the buyer refusing to pay customs fees.

The item looks like it's on his way back to you. So you're only going to be out the cost of the final value fees shipping and listing.

I would recommend not using the expensive listing upgrades just simply because they really don't get you any better exposure.

I understand that you're upset over the situation, but selling online is always a risk. Selling internationally online is a bigger risk. 

In any business you're going to have to accept your risk andand the fact that you will have occasional losses.
