Paypal Password Not Recognized When Printing Labels in IE

For some reason I can print one of these new shipping labels in IE 10. I can't log into Paypal to pay for the label because it won't accept my password. Can't log in! However, it isn't an issue at all in Firefox. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Use a different browser and try again to see if the problem is specific to IE.

IE 10 no longer meets* the requirements for PayPal PCI-DSS compliance (Credit Card Industry data requirements)

*According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_Layer_Security IE 10 can do TLS1.2, but it is disabled by default. It should be possible to change the browser settings to enable TLS1.2 (Internet Options), but that still might not work as PayPal may do user-agent sniffing and put the kibosh on it (UA spoofing might get around that if it occurred), or the IE10 variant of TLS1.2 might not support the ciphers PayPal wants to see.


Easier to update to IE11, but if you can't or don't want to, it would be worth a shot to go into IE10 settings and turn TLS1.2 support on and see if it works. (If you change the setting, you can test it here https://tlstest.paypal.com/ that will give a yea or nay)
