For what? You haven’t sold anything yet that I can see. If you do make a sale be prepared to have your funds held for up to 14 days or more. Then also be prepared with documentation to show you actually own those items you are selling.

If you mean how much time does a buyer have to pay, it is 4 days.
When you will receive the payment is between 14-30 if you have a payment coming. Since it appears you're violating the new seller listing limits policy they might end your listings or keep your money for 60 days.
The policy is up to 10 listings with a total value of up to $500 per month.

eBay wants you to start out slow and gain experience before you list expensive items because new sellers attract scammers.
